I replaced the garbage disposal, hot and cold angle stops, and the r/o tank under the sink.

I fixed a slab leak in a home. There were two leaks, one in the water heater and one between the manifold in the wall in the master bedroom and the main 3/4” manifold under the left side of the lab sink. I rerouted the water heater line through the attic with a drop for the lav sink and master shower in 3/4” pex tubing. I also installed a new grundfos pump and check valve.

I installed a new Moen kitchen faucet and hot, cold angle stops.

I installed a new price pfister pressure balance cartridge, trim plate, acrylic handle and Pull and reset toilet cut out old flange and replace it with a new stainless steel flange and shim toilet, new closet bolts and caps.

I removed the broken sewer line and installed a new 3" sewer line and cleanouts.

I repaired the sewer line for Mrs. Campanella in Chandler and gave her a 10-year warranty.
