I installed a new Moen Posi Temp shower valve with a chrome trim kit. I drilled a new 2x4 into place and strapped the valve into it. I also tied the hot and cold lines into the valve with Pex tubing.

I found a leak in the master bath closet. I cut out the bad pipe and soldered it back together. I also found another leak about 18" back, so I jackhammered the floor back to that leak and cut out the bad pipe and tied it back into the new pipe. I turned the water back on, and there were no more leaks.

I installed a new kitchen faucet and a new lav faucet.

I rerouted a 3/4" hot side line from the water heater to the manifold in the laundry room. I also remanifolds the pipes in the laundry room wall to fit the rerouted line. I also installed new hot and cold laundry valves and a laundry box.

I installed a new American Standard Cadet Pro ADA toilet in the guest bathroom.

I performed a complete repipe of the sewer line, removed and replaced old cast iron drains with new 3" ABS pipes, and installed new drains in the bathrooms. I also removed and replaced the old concrete slab in the backyard and dug up the old septic tank. I installed two ptraps, a dirty arm for the lavatory sinks, two toilet flanges, a waste and over flow kit for the tub in the guest bathroom, and a new trap and drain for the master shower.

We installed a tankless water heater for our customer in Mesa.
